While we did only charge you $95 plus tax to diagnose your suspension issues AND check/retorque all front end components on your lifted Subaru, the estimate provided was for factory Subaru components per your request. We are pleased that you had a good experience in person but it seems this matter could have been brought to our attention before you left. We do pride ourselves on top-notch customer service as well as offering an above industry standard warranty on all repairs performed in the shop, we acknowledge that we might not be the cheapest around, but our focus is quality repairs and transparency through the entire repair process. I hope you find a shop that suits your needs in the future!
