After the fiasco I have had to deal with at Nissan since they were bought out, I had to try to find a more reputable mechanic and my friend recommended Flat Black. Scott is very friendly, honest and helpful. I ended up having to have a brake flush despite the fact that Nissan claimed they did it. Never again. Scott was honest with me about what needed to be done and his honesty is why I continue to go there. I highly recommend his shop which is now on Iowa Street.

I've been getting work done here since they opened. Diagnostics, head gasket, breaks, timing belts, front end work, you name it and I've probably had it done. Quality of service to cost can't be beat. Great customer service and quick turn around. I recommend them whenever I can and everyone I've sent has had great things to say as well.

Local, honest, family owned, knowledgeable, friendly. Scott and Andrew are all the above, and more. Never have I felt like they’re ripping me off. Or that I was treated differently due to being a women. Go here, you won’t regret it!!

Car broke down. I had no clue what happened, these guys took all their knowledge, went above and beyond to help, found the problem and fixed my ride all in less than 3 hours! Was headed to Seattle and broke down, didn’t know Adam from eve. This shop saved me and a decent rate. They threw a head on quick and got me on my way. Great staff. 10/10

Great, honest work.

Friendly, nieghborly type folks. Highly recommended, fast, standard pricing, with the occasional extras thrown in for repeat customers. Overall love, at least as much as you can love spending money on your car.
