Great customer service and a great job on my car!

AAA towed my little Mazda truck in to Flat Black and Andrew was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem within a day and got the job done in a timely manner even though I told him no rush as I have other vehicles. I recommend Andrew and Flat Black Automotive to anyone in the Bellingham area.

I stopped in Bellingham for a few days while on a road trip and needed to get my car checked out before continuing since I was hearing clunking sounds near my right wheel. I called 4 mechanics who were all booked for the whole week and would not see me, even after telling them my story and that I was trying to get back on the road the next day. One of them recommended I call Flat Black. When I told Andrew my situation he said to bring my car in ASAP and he would fit me in. He was so friendly, helpful and showed me the problem. He assured me it sounded worse than it was, got the replacement part I needed anyway, fixed my car, and I was on my way within a few hours. Thank you Andrew! He even gave me recommendations for some places to stop on my drive home.

I came in with an unknown problem and odd squeaking sound. They were very friendly and professional. They took the time to inspect all the critical areas of the vehicle and determine that it was still safe to drive. Everyone was very helpful and I will definitely return for future service.

So far so good. Just a general inspection.
