Always super polite, very friendly, your car is being repaired by your favorite cousin, he charges you, but never ever over charges you, adding the little extra to make you always come to them when you need it.

I've known and been around FlatBlack for a while now. Seems like 10 years, but truly have no idea. Andrew and his team are always first rate and the best to work with. Reasonably priced, easy to get along with and a desire to fix the problem rather than throw parts or provide a laundry list of "suspect" recommendations. Flat Back Automotive is not only quality and punctual, but they will communicate and work with you on what you need. They were under the price I thought the bill was going to be and were very quick (valve cover gasket, broken bolt removal, and seal cap). The owner is amazing and great person all around - I will definitely be coming back for future car issues. I also got a clutch+rear main seal job done and no surprises; great customer service, quality, and price. Andrew communicates clearly on everything and makes it easy to discuss.
