My Jeep had a serious oil leak going on; luckily it was an easy fix but they took great care of my Jeep not knowing what the issue was. . They had my Jeep looked at and fixed within an hour after I had dropped it off. Andrew was respectful, a great listener and also took the time to let me know about other issues going on with my vehicle but didn't pressure me into any decisions I wasn't comfortable with. Reasonably priced for fixing my Jeep and I am so relieved with the outcome. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on for any issue.

Flat Black was super helpful, especially since I couldn’t find a good shop that would take in my BMW. My car had a ton of problems that they helped diagnose without scamming me out of service. The associate even had other shop recommendations for certain repairs. We were very well taken care of!
