I've taken my Land Cruiser here twice now—once to diagnose and repair a collection of issues, and once for a straightforward starter replacement. In both cases: the interactions were pleasant, the work was done to a meticulous standard (in a surprisingly short amount of time), and I've had no issues since. Would recommend without a second thought.

I highly recommend them. I will go back the next time (hopefully not too soon) when I find myself in a bind with my car. They took care of and fixed my car with ease and friendly-ness w/o the b.s. the others do. Highly recommcend.

We were looking for a local independent shop we can trust, and are happy we found Flat Black. They fixed an oil leak in our Nissan Pathfinder, installed an automatic transmission cooler and put in a new serpentine belt at a reasonable cost. They also adjusted the coilovers on our Jetta Sportwagen for a better ride height, again at a decent price. They're friendly, will clearly explain whatever needs doing and why and won't try to gouge you with unnecessary repairs. Their techs are experienced with both domestics and imports.
