My car wouldn’t start and thought the worst but Andrew was amazing and kept me in the loop and did not keep me waiting which I love. He didn’t over charge or try and get me to buy parts I didn’t need. Super honest guy and great prices will go back in a heart beat.

Flat Black is a great shop that is trustworthy and affordable. I set up an appointment online, they followed up with an email and a text. I called them with a small hitch and they were very accommodating. Even better, they knew what they were talking about, were informed, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell their services. I have a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD with all new suspension. I talked about setting the alignment with the Caster set between 3 - 4 degrees. It was done without complaint or with shoddy work. Flat Black has exceeded my expectations. I will be back....

I am traditionally uncomfortable dealing with a lot of car related topics. Everyone at Flatblack was great! Andrew was flexible and explained everything well. My car got serviced super quickly and I didn't get a hint of uncertainty when handing the keys over or paying my bill. It is a good place to take your car when things go sideways.

The experience was excellent , speedy and they exceeded the timeline they had set for the replacement installation , as I was on my lunch hour! I barely had time to sit down in their comfy sofas, and I had enough time to get lunch in the way back to work!
