Summary: first and last time customer. Good customer service, seemed high priced, and a sloppy mistake that could have lead to an accident. The shop did a diagnostic of my wheels and transmission, ultimately replacing all four wheel bearings. Initially I liked the shop and front desk person I spoke with. Straight forward, friendly, and helpful. They did the work and returned my car within a few days. I should have shopped around, as I was quoted close to half price at another local shop for the same job (of course, I don't know the quality of their work). Regardless, I was happy with the work until two days (drives) later, when my dash lights all turned on simultaneously followed by my ABS system randomly engaged while driving. Come to find out, the shop did not tighten a bolt on my ABS system after completing the work days prior, leading to the malfunction. It was a mistake, but one that could have cost time, money, and a potential accident if I didn't have someone mechanically inclined with me at the time of the issue who was able to diagnosis and fix the problem until I got my car back into the shop. The shop did go over their work a second time for free, but my trust in their work is gone and from this experience I cannot recommend them to others.
