I’ve been very happy with the results with flat black working on my vehicle. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They are just soooooo good to my pride and joy "Blackdragon". This is my third visit over the last couple of years, I think, but my second time for oil change. And I'd do small request to check on things and see if there was something unusual about something or if it was my imagination. They would simply say, "...sure let's check it out... I'll have this guy check it out since he's more in tuned with listening..." and so they checked it out, it was definitely my imagination and they said my ride is in great condition, other fluids are great and got the usual oil change done and I was off after sitting and doing some work at their comfortable lounge in peace and quiet. Thank you Flat Black Auto! You guys are AWESOME!!!!

Replacement alternator,, very professional and friendly group of men. Kept me up to date by the minute on the progress of my PT CRUISE. Took it in Thursday afternoon and it was ready Tuesday morning. Thank you FLAT BLACK AUTO FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE. I GIVE 10 🌟

Warranty work. Twice a manufacturer part failed. Twice Flat Black replaced at no cost to me. And threw in a free oil change for my inconvenience.

They were pretty quick to call me back and Mike is extremely polite and educational. Les Schwab said it would be $666 and Flat Black Automotive charged me only $495! My housemate has used them twice before and this is my second experience with them. We have both been extremely happy with their great service!
