I was in Bellingham but live a couple hours away. My truck that is 20+ years old and has never been to a mechanic shop (I do all repairs) had a bad day and died right in the middle of the road. Flat Black treated me with respect, they did a quick diagnostic and repaired my truck. I appreciated how they handle themselves.
