Absolutely great service! Andrew helped me out from start to finish and was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. I had an issue with my passenger front bearing, Andrew quoted me for the worst case scenario so that there would be no hidden fees or surprises when I went to pay. He was upfront about everything and completed the job surprisingly quick. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone with automotive issues.

Flat Black is a great shop that is trustworthy and affordable. I set up an appointment online, they followed up with an email and a text. I called them with a small hitch and they were very accommodating. Even better, they knew what they were talking about, were informed, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell their services. I have a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD with all new suspension. I talked about setting the alignment with the Caster set between 3 - 4 degrees. It was done without complaint or with shoddy work. Flat Black has exceeded my expectations. I will be back....
