This shop was recommended to me by AAA; my car broke down on the freeway at night and was towed to Flat Black Automotive. When I spoke with Mike the next morning, he was knowledgeable and empathetic. I was coming to town to visit family, and staying downtown. Mike and his team determined what was needed, ordered parts, and then stayed late to prepare my vehicle for service when parts arrived. My car was done less than 24 hours from receiving my keys, and Mike and the rest of the team kept me from being stranded far from home! This shop did excellent work, as quickly as possible. I was impressed!
