I've been with Flat Black for at least 10yrs(since before Andrew was officially 'Flat Black') I come from Mount Vernon WA to Bellingham for the trust I have in Flat Blacks honesty and quality of work. Great customer service. Estimate and invoice were a little too expensive for me. If you have a Subaru that needs maintenance, just go to Dewey Griffin, they’ll probably give you a better price.

While we did only charge you $95 plus tax to diagnose your suspension issues AND check/retorque all front end components on your lifted Subaru, the estimate provided was for factory Subaru components per your request. We are pleased that you had a good experience in person but it seems this matter could have been brought to our attention before you left. We do pride ourselves on top-notch customer service as well as offering an above industry standard warranty on all repairs performed in the shop, we acknowledge that we might not be the cheapest around, but our focus is quality repairs and transparency through the entire repair process. I hope you find a shop that suits your needs in the future!

Great customer service, solid work at a decent price, and rapid turnaround. Have had multiple jobs with different vehicles, and always a fair deal. Comprehensive services, engine and alignment, with quality OEM+ NAPA parts. Strongly recommend.
