I rarely post reviews, unless my experience is either exceptional or terrible. In the case of Flat Black Automotive, it was definitely the former. They were able to get me in on fairly short notice, their work was great, and when I inquired about some additional service (which they could have easily upsold me on), they assured me that I was not yet due for it. They are now my go-to shop and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic to work with! They don't talk down to me or push for extra services. Handy drop off box for when I have to leave my car before they open and great with communication when anything new comes up.

Brought my car in for an inspection yesterday. Staff were friendly, communicative and transparent. These guys were great! I just took my car in for a check up and precautionary check in and they let me know everything that was up with car, and told me with full honesty what needed to be done and what could be put off which I really appreciate. I am definitely taking my car back if I need anything else.
