I loved working with the crew at this shop. Their team is awesome. Got my car back up and running in no time and they were super fair on price. The main person at the front desk, Mike, is AMAZING! He always sounded so happy to help and was great at communicating what was going on with my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop!

This company was able to take our car in right away and kept in contact by phone to keep us apprised of where they were on the repair. They turned the repairs quickly and gave us a discount. I’m very pleased with their service!

Flat Black Automotive worked hard to locate parts at below the manufacturer's price. They are always prompt, courteous and keep me informed about their progress. They explain everything and make recommendations. Finding a reliable mechanic is hard, but you've got one with Flat Black!

My granddaughter's car was overheating, even after adding coolant, every time she drove it. We had it towed to Flat Black Automotive and they made the repairs. Mike was great to work with. Since I live a few hundred miles away from Bellingham, we did the business part of everything over the phone. We will definitely use Flat Black again for all our car repair needs.

The folks here are really friendly and knowledgeable. They did a good job with my Honda Civic Hybrid, and made sure to get it fixed and back to me the same day. I just called to schedule some work that I'd held off on, and Mike remembered the car, looked up the details, and answered all my questions about it.
