My Subaru Outback needed a front end alignment after the recommendation of a local tire store. I was referred to Flat Black. Service was great and performed in a timely manner. The price seemed fair (although I didn’t shop around for price; I figure the local places probably do that themselves). I’ve no suggestions for improvements. I recommend!

Friendly, thorough. Take time to answer questions without being condescending. Nice waiting area. They were done when they said they would be. Fixed or mentioned a variety of small things (eg. Lights) that I hadn't noticed. Prices were fair. Oh, and that's where Kerry (mechanic extraordinary who used to be at Chuck's before they closed) is now. I'll definitely be taking my car there from here foreward!!!

Flat Black has provided excellent service! Went to Chucks Midtown Motors for years. Chuck's mechanic Keri came to Flat Black after Chuck's closed. Great customer service from Mike! Flat Black is our new Go To.
