Mark H was so kind and informative, triple A partners meant I got a discount on service when my car broke down. Quick service and top notch repair ordered parts as soon as I gave the go ahead and fixed it within an hour of figuring out the issue. Car is running smooth and has made the trip up and back a few times since without issues. I only wish they were closer to where I live so I could have them as my regular shop. If you ever break down in Bellingham, this is the spot to get you up and running.

Mike at Flat Black was extremely professional, punctual, and friendly, with excellent communication throughout. I have had nothing but great service from Flat Black for over 5 years with 3 of my vehicles. I fully trust their diagnosis and recommendations. There have been instances when there was no work that needed to be done and they’ve never pressured me or tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I believe that a good auto repair shop is an honest one. Flat Black has been 100% upfront and honest with me every time.

Staff was kind, knowledgeable, and engaging. Desk area was welcoming, clean, and professional. Waiting room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable, and thanks for the coffee and water. I really like your online scheduling protocol and my car was diagnosed in a timely manner. I appreciate the staff charging a decent rate for the diagnostic and being up front about the repair bid.
