Have been here a few times and recently they have seemed more short staffed. They mention they will call me when the work is done and I have to reach back out to find out anything. Overall nice folks and they do good work but with communication was a little stronger

Needed new struts & shocks on my f-150. I asked for Monroe brand and Mike hooked me up. While I was waiting for the install, Mike called, said my truck needed upper control arms. They sourced the control arms, and had the job done in the time frame I was given for the strut & shock job. Great job by the guys at Flat Black Automotive! Honest and reliable. Thanks.
