My check engine light came on during my drive up to Bellingham from Portland. They were able to get me in ASAP fix my problem, and send me back down to Portland. Very honest and good people. If they had a shop in Portland I would use them every chance I got!

I am 29 and my grandpa has been my mechanic since age 15. He recently passed, and for the first time since then, I found myself in position where I needed car help. I was so nervous about taking my car somewhere other than him and having to accept someone else’s help. However, several people recommend FlatBack to me, so I gave it a chance. I am so thankful I did!! Andrew was so nice during every interaction. He was so patient with me as he had to explain things to me several times. I also think they’re prices are very reasonable. My car was fixed in what I consider no time at all, and is running amazing. I am so thankful to have a new place to take my car that I can trust. Andrew was very fast and professional. Had my car towed to them when the clutch pedal was stuck to the floor. Told him I wasn’t from the area and the faster the better, they got the part in at 8am the next day and I received the call it was ready an hour later.
