Andrew and his team took great care of me and my need to get my college kid's car in and fixed. The car needed to be towed in and Andrew was able to get the problem diagnosed, a game-plan built, parts ordered and the repairs completed all within that very next day. Andrew proactively called for authorization which also included a few needed maintenance recommendations to ensure my daughter's car stayed safe and reliable. Had never used this business before but needed to get my vehicle towed over the weekend. Was very pleased and even surprised with how quickly my car received repairs. The man there was very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely thinking about using Flat Black for future automotive work as well.

My only comment would be it can be hard to find. Business is behind another business.

Nothing worse then mice chewing the electrical in your car, the unknowns or discovery work one would say. This would leave a lot of room for some mechanics to up prices for long shop time. Not flat Black they had my car back on the road with a full explanation of where they looked what the found and for a price that was extremely fair. I take a lot of pride in my car and they did as well, will definitely be back if I have any more issues I need help with.
